Mandy is a 3 yr old, 18 lbs, female Shih Tzu. She was found as a stray. Shes very sweet, friendly, and affectionate. She is housebroken, good with other dogs, cats, and children. She was found very matted and neglected. Her long hair will grow in beautifully.
