Wilbur is a 2-3 year old, 30 lb Lhasa Apso and Wheaton mix, perhaps some Sheepdog. He’s very sweet and gentle. He loves to cuddle with his person. Gets along with other dogs and cats. He was found as a stray, Wandering the streets for over a month and no one tried to help him until some nice woman lured him into her car. He was eating trash to survive. When he was rescued, he had flea dermatitis, but has been treated. Wilbur is heartworm positive and has undergone treatment for it. He’s completely healthy now.
